Yvone June Williams

Yvone June Williams, 88, of Chubbuck, passed away, March 14, 2022 at the University of Utah Hospital.

June was born June 11, 1933 in Shelley, Idaho to Marvin J Bateman and Ida Jones Bateman. She grew up in Shelley, attending schools there and graduated from Shelley High School with the Class of 1951.

In 1952 she married Frank Williams in Shelley, Idaho.

June’s number one passion in life was her family. She also enjoyed baking, playing the piano, and riding Harley Davidson’s with her husband.

June is survived by her children, Don Williams of Montana, Frank (Deb) Williams of Lewiston, ID, Bart Williams of Pocatello, Julie Williams Robbins of Pocatello, Leland (Laura) Williams of La Verkin, UT, Kristi (Jim) Bateman of Riverton, WY, and AB Williams of Las Vegas, NV; brothers, Floyd (Marilyn) Bateman of Salt Lake City, UT, and J. Bateman of Idaho Falls; 16 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Williams; parents, Ida Jones Bateman and Marvin J. Bateman; five sisters, Roberta, Carol, Peggie, Gayle, and Aurora; and grandsons, Keith and Danny Williams.

The family wishes to thank friends and family for all of the love and support.

A viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. Thursday, March 24, 2022 at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W Chubbuck Rd, Chubbuck, ID. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the Driggs Cemetery.
