William J. Proctor

William J Proctor passed away, at the age of 65, unexpectedly on September 30th at a local hospital. Bill is survived by his wife, best friend and partner in life, Jill Schuette. Bill also is survived by his daughter Alexis Proctor of New Jersey, granddaughter, Emmelia Proctor, and brother, Chuck Proctor of California. Bill was a Vietnam Veteran, skilled contractor and most recently, business owner of Deck Doctor. Bill was a loving and kind man and will be missed every day. A celebration of Bill's life will be planned and announced at a future date. Family suggests charitable donations in William Proctor's name be sent to the Pocatello Animal Shelter, 3100 Ave. of the Chiefs, Pocatello, ID 83205.
