William "Bill" Jenkins

POCATELLO-Wlliam "Bill" Jenkins,72, passed away on Wednesday morning, January 11, 2012 at Portneuf Medical Center due to natural causes. Bill was born to Clyde Delbert and Blenda Marion (Best) Jenkins in Victor, Idaho on September 20, 1939. He was the last of thirteen children. Bill married Rosella Marie Blodgett on January 14, 1995 in the LDS Church located on Whittaker Road in Chubbuck. William "Bill" worked at the Deseret Industries, and later had to quit due to disability. Bill was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed riding horses, as well as having a great love for dogs. He was one to frequently participate in practical jokes. Bill is survived by his wife; sisters, Jerry Dunn, Jean West and Alice Moore and one brother, Ed Jenkins. He was preceded in death by his parents and eight of his siblings. Funeral Services for Bill will be held on Monday, January 16, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Colonial Funeral Home with a visitation from 5-7:00 P.M. on Sunday evening at the funeral home and one hour prior to the services on Monday. Burial will follow at the Firth Cemetery in Firth, Idaho.
