Warren Lynn Topham

Warren Lynn Topham grew up in Rexburg, Idaho with his parents, Tobe and Virgie, and older brother Kay. He enjoyed his summers spending time at the Rexburg Boat Club where his grandparents were the caretakers. In highschool he was part of the math club and was an excellent mathematician throughout his life. He attended college at BYU and Ricks College, and then entered the Navy to train as a pilot. Warren also earned an electronics degree from ISU and worked as an electrician for the Union Pacific Railroad until he retired.

While attending a dance at Ricks, he met Linda McNee and has been sweeping her off her feet for the past 64 years. They have been blessed with 5 children, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Warren was an amazing skier and loved the outdoors. He loved backpacking, biking and hiking. He spent many hours working in his garden and enjoyed giving out the harvest to family, friends and neighbors. He also loved spending time with his family.

Warren was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He had a strong testimony of his Savior Jesus Christ. He loved to serve others and served in many church callings. He also loved family history and spent many hours working on genealogy.

He left a wonderful legacy and taught us by example to never complain and to never quit. We love this great man and his kind ways. He has truly touched our lives and hearts and we deeply miss him. He leaves a big hole that no one can fill. We know that there was a celebration in Heaven as he crossed the veil and was welcomed home with rejoicing by his Savior, and his son, daughter, grandson, parents, brothers and many others. We look forward to when we can be with him again. How grateful we are that families truly are forever.

Graveside services will be held at the Parker Cemetery in Parker, Idaho on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at 12:30 p.m.
