Wanda Jean House

January 15, 1956 — August 30, 2023

Wanda Jean House, 67, returned home to her Heavenly Father on August 30, 2023.

She was born on January 15, 1956, to Rex and Beverly Misner in Pocatello, Idaho. She was one of seven children.

She later met and married the love of her life, Raymond House, on September 13, 1975, in Lawrance, Kansas. Together they raised four children, Kevin (Kelsey), Amy (Paul), Beverly and Raymond, Jr.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

She enjoyed life and it showed in everything she did. At craft shows, she never knew a stranger, they were always friends. She gave and received hugs from everyone, including small children. She showed love to all who knew her.

She enjoyed playing bingo and cards and traveling, especially to Kansas to see her family. She also loved Disneyland where she remained a kid at heart, but her family was her greatest joy.

Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and a sister, Donna.

She is survived by her spouse, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She will be missed by them and all friends who were like family to her.

A celebration of life will be held in her honor on September 21, 2023, at 1:00 pm with family and friends at Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
