Vonda Joyce Brunson

Vonda Joyce Brunson, 64, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018 surrounded by her family in Pocatello, ID. She was born March 14, 1954 to William "Bill" Dwight Wall & Vonda Maxine Westover. Vonda was raised in Pocatello, ID attending Tyhee & Jefferson Elementary Schools, Hawthorne Middle School, and graduated from Highland High School. Vonda married Frank E. Brunson Jr. July 10, 1972 and with that marriage they had two children, Cori Joyce & Casey Frank. Vonda & Frank later divorced. Vonda then moved to Gulfport, Mississippi spending the last 25 years with her partner, George Thaddious Nicholas Jr. until his recent passing. Vonda returned home to Pocatello October 30, 2018. Vonda loved her family, riding motorcycles, bowling with her mom & sisters, singing, crocheting, and taking care of her children. Vonda is survived by her mother, Vonda Maxine Wall; children, Cori Brunson & Casey (Shelley) Brunson; stepchildren, Dustin & Amber Juliao; grandchildren, Cole, Samuel (Allison), Chloe Brunson, & step-granddaughter, Paizley Garrett. Vonda was preceded in death by her father, William "Bill" Wall; partner, Thad Nicholas; and niece, Christina Wall Brown. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 11 am at the LDS Inkom Skyline Ward Church, 150 Snow Peak Blvd. Inkom, ID 83245 (new church) with a viewing from 9:30-11 am prior to the Services. Interment will follow at the Inkom Cemetery.
