Violena Tavo

Violena Tavo, 45, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at her home in Chubbuck, ID. She was born November 3, 1974, daughter of Matthew Tavo and Kathleen Wilson Tavo. She had a son named Mason Tavo. She worked as a laborer at Simplot, also as a telephone operator at Teleperformance, and as a cashier at Tee Pee Gas. She was a member of the Native American Church. She enjoyed playing video games with her son Mason. She also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and she was an Arm-Wrestling Champion. She is survived by her son, Mason; and a granddaughter, Athena Jewel Tavo; siblings, Mark Wilson, L. Monica Tavo-Jones, Roderick Wilson Jr, and Sandie Ann Tavo; her auntie, Miranda Wilson; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives in Wyoming. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Michael Wilson; and many aunts, uncles, grandmas and grandpas. She will be at the family home, 222 Philbin Rd. (Philbin and Cemetery Rd.) on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 2 PM until the time of burial on Monday, February 17 at 2 PM at The Cedars Cemetery.
