Ventura Schroeder, 86, of Pocatello, passed away due to medical complications on Sunday afternoon, December 10, 2023, with family at her bedside.
Ventura was born in Texas to Felipe Sanchez and Leanor Flores, one of 11 children. She was raised in Texas and started to travel to Idaho after she was married. As an adult, she held several different kinds of jobs.
She loved being outside in the heat and working outside on her lawns, gardening, and flowers. She could go outside and work all day.
She is survived by her youngest daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 15, 2023, at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 West Chubbuck Road, Chubbuck, ID 83202.
