Valarie Jones

Valarie L. Jones 51, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2008 at the Portneuf Medical Center. Valarie was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on September 24, 1956 to Donald Laval Thorpe and Melba Louise Ashton Thorpe. Valarie was a very outgoing person with many friends. She found great pride in her grandchildren as well as her boys. She found satisfaction not only in selling real estate but also in helping her friends and family. Val is survived by her husband of 35 years, Danny M. Jones, children Clifford (Beau), Richard, and Aric. Grandchildren, Kaleb Jones, Mamie Carr and Kody Jones, Brothers Gene Waters (Judy), Jerry Waters (Sharon), Brent Waters (Barbara), Donald Thorpe (Anita). Val was preceded in death by her parents and brother Neil Waters, A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday May 13th, at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 So. Fourth Avenue. There will be a dinner for friends and family following the service at FMC Park from 4:00
