Tyler Michael Wall

May 27, 1987 — March 16, 2022

Tyler Wall, a Superintendent with Stoneridge Contracting LLL, resident of Pocatello, Idaho passed away on March 16, 2022 surrounded by loved ones after a hard fight with Mesothelioma.


Tyler is survived by his wife Lorissa Hottel, sons Harlan Wall and Rowan Wall, his father Leslie Wall; Steve Valerio, stepfather; Monique Valerio, sister; Veronica Valerio, sister; Steve Jr., brother; Allie Wall, sister; Lorren Wall, sister; Luke Wall, brother;  and Angel Wall, sister.  Tyler was preceded indeath by Andrea Anderson, mother and John Anderson, grandfather.


Tyler was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on May 27, 1987.  He moved to Pocatello Idaho where he met the love of his life, Lorissa.  Tyler and Lorissa Hottel married on June 4, 2012.  Tyler and Lorissa were blessed with their first son Harlan in 2011, and once again in 2017 they were blessed with their second son Rowan.  Tyler was excited to create a lifetime of memories with his wife and sons.  Tyler’s favorite pastime was fishing with loved ones, which he passed this passion on to his sons.


Tyler worked as an iron worker for Local 732. After leaving the Union Tyler began work for The Swaggart Brothers where he made lifelong friends that led him to work for Stoneridge Contracting, where he made his second family.  He started as a laborer, quickly moving to running crews of his own, the fabric crew.  Tyler then moved to surveyor, then to foreman, and on to Superintendent for a project known as Blue Origin in Van Horn, Texas.  Tyler was a dedicated, hardworking employee that took much pride in his work.


Tyler enjoyed fishing, the outdoors and travel with his family.  Tyler was a funny, caring, hardworking man, who always made sure his family was provided for.  His charm and witty sense of humor will forever be remembered by his family, friends and all who knew him.  This will continue to live on in his sons.


The Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Colonial Chapel, 2005 S. 4th Ave. Pocatello, ID.  In lieu of flowers a donation to the Mesothelioma Foundation (curemeso.org) in Tyler’s name will be greatly appreciated.
