MILPITAS, CALIFORNIA-Terry Gene Crockett, 57, passed away unexpectedly on March 22, 2011 at his home in Milpitas, California. He was born on December 9, 1953 in Gooding, Idaho the seventh child of Alden and Florence (Brumble) Crockett. When he was a toddler, the family moved to Pocatello, Idaho. He started his schooling at Hawthorne Elementary and then the family moved to a ten acre farm West of the city in Power County. He finished his schooling in American Falls, ID graduating in 1972. He married Roxie Zweifelhofer on December 2, 1977 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. He and his new bride moved to California where they remained until his death. He worked for Underwriters Laboratories for many years. At the time of his death he was working for Home Depot. He was an active member of the LDS Church, serving diligently in many different callings, starting with his service as a missionary in the North Dakota Mission. He is survived by his wife Roxie; two daughters, Bethany (Ben) Ogden of Milpitas, CA and Breeanne Crockett of Coeur de' Alene, ID; two sons, Kimball and Loren Crockett both of Choctaw, OK; grandson, Jared Ogden. He is also survived by his father, Alden; four brothers, Bill (Deanne) Crockett, currently serving a LDS mission in the Washington, DC Temple, Philip (Nancy) Crockett of Syracuse, UT, Owen (Loretta) Crockett of Declo, ID and Steve (Alice) Crockett of Sunset, UT; five sisters, Susan (Fred) Hoskins, Claudine (Allen) Saunders, Janet (Mike) Bowlin, Vicki Winslow and Tina Wilson all of Pocatello, ID; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Florence; a sister, Mary Ann; an infant brother and a brother-in-law, Frank Winslow. There will be a memorial service in Terry's honor on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 12:15 P.M. in the LDS Church located at the corner of Quinn and Hawthorne.
