Terri Patchett

Terri Lee Patchett, 43, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2009 at University of Utah Medical Center from a brain aneurysm. Terri was born March 31, 1966 daughter of Richard L. Patchett and JoAnn Walentine Patchett in Pocatello, Idaho. She attended Pocatello schools and after attaining a GED she continued her education, graduating from a secretarial school. Terri was employed by the State of Idaho, Department of Health and Welfare as a self reliance specialist for the past 5 years. She enjoyed her friends and co-workers. Terri loved the out-of-doors, fishing, camping, white water rafting and spending time with her dear friend Sheldon Madson. Terri was vibrant, active and full of life. She was a true friend and always there for everyone. She is survived by her children, Christopher Robert Downs, Pocatello, ID Brittnee (Robbie) Smith, Falon, NV, father, Dick (Francy) Patchett, Inkom, ID, mother, JoAnn (John) Anderson, Fort Hall, ID, sister, Vickie (Jed) Hammond, Twin Falls, ID, brother, Mike (Sueann) Patchett, HI, her grandchildren, who were the light of her life, Tristan Wayne, Bradee Ann, Caleb Smith, and Zac and Shelby, Sheldon
