Steven James Tubb

Steven James Tubb passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2013. He was born March 19th, 1974 in Rochester, New York to John Charles Tubb and Belle Eua Tubb.

Steve and his family moved to Henderson, Nevada when he was 4 years old. He resided there until the 10th grade when he moved with his family to Pocatello.

Steve graduated from Highland High School in 1992. He went to work for Lewis Corporation in 1993. He received his Journeyman's Card shortly thereafter. He was recently a foreman for Lewis. Steve Loved the people he worked with, and cherished his friendships with them all.

Steve married Amber Michelle Lott, and together they had two beautiful children; his son Carson and Daughter Emerson. Steve loved many activities such as spending time with his family, fishing, boating, football, baseball, basketball games for his son Carson and dance recitals for his daughter Emerson.

Anyone who met Steve became an instant friend. You were immediately drawn to his contagious personality and optimistic attitude. Steve brought out the very best in all people. Anyone who truly knew Steve will forever have a void in their lives.

Steve is survived by; his wife, Amber Tubb; son, Carson Tubb (12); daughter, Emerson Tubb (6); his mother, Belle Tubb, Port Richey, FL; Amber's parents, Don and Chris Lott, McCall, ID; sister, Sandy (Tim) Ryan, Indianapolis, IN; brothers, Jeremy (Renee) Lott, Sebastopol, CA, Zachary (Kristi) Lott, Kaneohe, HI; Adam (Mallory) Lott, McCall, ID, Andrew Lott, McCall, ID; grandparents, Ruby Jones Rupp & Jerry Rupp, Pocatello; nieces, Gillian & Regan Ryan, Mackenzie & Bailee Lott; nephews, Ian Ryan, Cayden Lott and Jake Lott.

Steve was preceded in death by his father, John Charles Tubb; grandparents, Charles & Elenor Tubb, and Edward & Eva Beal.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13th 2013 at Wilks Funeral Home 211 W. Chubbuck Road in Chubbuck, ID. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12th, 2013 at the funeral home.
