Stanley E. Dawson was born April 1, 1941 in Pocatello, Idaho to Mary Eloise Christman and Lester Stanley Dawson. Stan grew up on a small farm in the Fort Hall area. He milked cows by hand and raked hay using his horses, "Prince and Dewy". He attended school at Tyhee Elementary, Hawthorne Junior High and Pocatello High School. Stan enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding horses, rodeo, posse, good food and family. He loved watching his children and grandchildren at their sporting events and went to all of them until health problems made it so he couldnt any longer. Stan was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His testimony of his Savior was unwavering. Stan returned to his Heavenly Father on September 8, 2020 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his best friend and loving wife of 44 years, Juliana Dawson.
