Staci Marie Shryock

Staci Marie Shryock, 44, died on Friday the 29th of May from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident in Pocatello, Idaho. Staci was born on August 18th, 1970 in Bellflower, California. Staci worked as the Chief Nursing Officer at Safe Haven, was an avid motorcyclist, and she was always a bright star in anyone's company. She is survived by her father, Stephen Richard Shryock Sr.; her mother, Susan Marie Shryock; her brother, Stephen Richard Shryock Jr.; her youngest brother, Sean William Shryock; and her three children, daughter, Danyell Marie Reece, son, Cody William Reece, and daughter, Raegan Stone Shryock-Lowry. To know Staci was to know the definition of a true, fiery redhead. She was full of compassion, full of energy, and to meet her meant that you had just met a friend. Her compassion showed in her nursing. Staci worked in all aspects of nursing from the Operating Room to Assisted Living and finally to the Psychiatric Ward at Safe Haven where her career in giving, loving and caretaking was cut too short. If Staci was to say anything to those who have survived her, she would most likely smile in that way of hers before saying, "I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always". And that is Staci, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. We will miss her, but for those who knew her, we know that Staci continues to love us forever. An informal Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. at O.K.Ward Park, 1400 W. Quinn Rd. Pocatello, Idaho 83202.
