Shane Swim

POCATELLO " Shane Swim, 34, of Pocatello, passed away on November 7, 2009. He was born December 23, 1974 in Pocatello. He left behind the love of his life, his son, Christian Brian.

Shane was survived by his son, Christian; his parents, Kirk and Linda Swim of Arbon Valley; sister, Adrienne (David) Shymatta of Pocatello; Grandma Rhea of Arbon Valley; Grandpa Sherm of Arbon Valley; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Shane grew up in Arbon Valley and attended school in American Falls. Shane was very versatile working in construction and concrete.
Shane was everybody's best friend and a true friend through and through. There wasn't anybody he didn't make smile or for whom he wouldn't bend over backwards for to help.

His greatest joy came when he was hunting, snowmobiling or anything that brought his friends together. Shane was loved by so many and he will be greatly missed by all those whose life he touched.

A service for Shane will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at the LDS Church, 1358 Church Road in Arbon Valley. The funeral arrangements are under the direction of Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W. Chubbuck Road.
