Shane Shell

Shane Harrison Shell, 64, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away and was embraced by God and the love of his life, his late wife Tamara Lynn, on February 25, 2024.

Shane was employed at INL for over 20 years. He was also an Uber driver and made friends with everyone he gave rides to. He had many regulars that only wanted rides from him. He loved rock ‘n roll music and his brother, Dave, played in a band and Shane was his biggest fan. He was a health nut, working out at the gym and eating right were very important to him.

Shane is survived by his brother, Howard David Shell; his four sons, Joshua Jack, Shawn Harrison, William Michael and Nicholas Lynn Shell; and his only daughter, Amber Dawn Shell Bower. There were many others that Shane considered his children, and he was loved by so many more.

A viewing will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 6-8 pm at Colonial Chapel, 2005 S. 4th Ave. Pocatello, Idaho. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 11 am at the LDS church, 2271 S. 4th Ave. Pocatello, with a viewing for one hour prior. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, 2864 S. 5th Ave. Pocatello, ID.
