Saundra "Sandi" Lee (Cecelia) Osborne Todd passed away in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 28, 2019 from natural causes. Sandi was born on September 7, 1943 in Pocatello, Idaho to Thomas Kim Osborne and Eunice (Enos) Osborne and was a member of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes. In 1956 after the death of her father, she lived with her Aunt and Uncle Harry and Cecelia Osborne LaVatta, who was Mom and Dad, and Mae and Dee Hendricks. She attended Pocatello, High school. In 1959 she went to St. Michael's Catholic School, St. Michael, Arizona where she graduated in 1961. She married Chester F. St. Clair Sr. in Pocatello, Idaho. From this marriage three children were born, Kimberly St. Clair, Rosella St. Clair and Chester F. St. Clair Jr. They later divorced. In 1983, she had married Kenneth Todd in Las Vegas, Nevada. She and Ken lived in Montana, California and Arizona and had moved back to Fort Hall after retirement. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Todd of Fort Hall; two children, Rosella St. Clair, Fort Hall, son, Chester F. (Leslie) St. Clair Jr.; two nieces she considers her daughters, Kim (Mark) Lambert, Fort Washakie, Wyoming and Darlene (Damian) Toyebo of Sacramento, California; three nephews that she helped raise, Jay (Connie) Broncho, Blackfoot, Idaho, Raymond Broncho, San Pedro, California, Warrior (Anita) Appeney, Pocatello, Idaho. Two brothers, Floyd (Sandra) Osborne, Fort Washakie, Wyoming, Ronald Hendricks, Fort Hall, Idaho and one sister, Theresa (Arnold) Appeney of Fort Hall, Idaho. Grandchildren, Tomara Kim, and Theland Blackford, Helena, Montana, Connie June Blackford, Daylin Penrod, Aiden and Lilly St. Clair, all of Fort Hall. Great-grandchildren, Dakota Bagley, Carissa and Jordan O'Mara, Darion, Damon and Maryssa Blackford of Helena, Montana. There are numerous nieces and nephews and other grandchildren that she loved all just as much. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, paternal: Tom and Amelia Louise (Overy) Osborne, maternal; Baptiste and Sara (Day) Enos; parents, Thomas Kim and Eunice Enos, Harry Hi-Boy and Cecelia (Osborne) LaVatta; daughter, Kimberly St. Clair; brothers, Roland, Douglas, Kenneth Osborne, Rudolph Menta; two sisters, Barbara Osborne and Alethea LaVatta Marsh; and one grandson, Lane Broncho. Sandi enjoyed needlepoint, gardening, spending time with family, attending and dancing in powwows, shopping, cooking and was a master bead worker. She celebrated her spirituality by being a devote catholic and was a member of the Catholic Church. She also was raised and has a very strong belief in her Native American cultural ways; she sacrificed herself in many sundances. Sandi was loved by all who knew her and made everyone feel loved in her presence. Sandi will be taken to her home at 71 South Mission Road in Fort Hall, Idaho on Wednesday, May 1, 2019. There will be a viewing at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, on Thursday, May 2, from 2:00-4:30 pm, a Rosary at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 504 N. 7 th Ave. Pocatello, at 5:00 pm with a Funeral Mass immediately following. She will then be taken back to her home until burial. Traditional burial will take place on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Ballard/Osborne Cemetery in Ross Fork, Idaho.
