Ryan Jay Bell

May 15, 1984 — October 19, 2015

Ryan Jay Bell was born May 15, 1984 and passed away on October 19, 2015. Ryan was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and raised in Hunter until the age of twelve when he moved with his family to Idaho Falls, Idaho. He was the fourth child out of the 6. He attended Whittier Elementary (Utah), Eagle Rock Junior and Skyline High School (Idaho), graduating in 2002. After graduation, Ryan served a two year mission for the LDS church in the Dominican Republic. He loved the language and the people of that country, and touched many lives.

Upon his return, he attended BYU-Idaho when he met the love of his life and best friend Monica Prince. They married in the Idaho Falls, Idaho temple on February 22, 2007. They were blessed with three beautiful children- Addison Nicole (6), Gracelyn Jane (4), and Hudson Jack (1). More than anything, Ryan enjoyed spending time with his family. He adored his wife and always let her know of his great love for her. His children were the thing that made him the most proud, and he frequently took them on "Daddy Dates", and on vacations as a family.

Ryan graduated from DeVry University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management. He was a valued member of the US Bank team. He won countless awards for his outstanding performance, and was chosen as a member of the Leaders of tomorrow group. Ryan was an incredibly motivated team player and all who worked with him were greatly impacted by his example and work ethic.

He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and he served in many capacities. His most recent calling was in the Elder's Quorum Presidency. Ryan loved the gospel and had a testimony of the atonement and of eternal families. He loved his Savior and enjoyed serving others in need.

Ryan is survived by his wife Monica, and his three young children Addison, Gracelyn, and Hudson; his parents Stan and Candace Bell; his sister Mindy (husband Scott) McBrien; his brothers Blake (wife Heather), Jonathan, Spencer (wife Kellie), and Jordan Bell; In Laws Michael and Shelly Prince, Brandon (wife Danielle), Jeremy (wife Anna) Prince.

Ryan will be missed by all who love him, especially his wife and family, but they are comforted by the knowledge that Families are Forever.

A memorial fund has been set up in his name for Monica and their Children at US Bank.
