Ronnie Dee "Ron" Barker
Ron, age 65, of Pocatello ID, passed away on August 2nd, 2021 in Pocatello Idaho from cardiovascular complications.

Ron was born in Pocatello ID on May 11th, 1956
He attended Elementary, Jr. High, and High School in Pocatello, ID.

He joined the Army and was stationed in Germany. He was Honorably discharged in 1976.

He then completed his Associate Degree from Idaho State University.

Ron was preceded in death by his Parents: Merl and Virginia Milward Barker, Brother-Gary Barker, 2 Sisters-Ethel Lou Laird and Lynette Farnsworth.

Survivors are his sons: Aerik Ron Barker and Tory Barker; sister, Karlee Jensen; former spouse, Kelly Packer; and close friend, Barbara Kynaston.

Ron loved dogs and had an impressive gentle ability to train them to be the best dogs ever "The Dog Whisperer". His dogs were his pals. They are Bullet, Bandit, Magilla, Pal, Puddles and Toque.
Ron also liked fast muscle cars and Harleys

Ron loved the US American Flag!

Ron was cremated under the care of Downard Funeral Home, 241 North Garfield Ave, Pocatello, Idaho. His cremains will be placed with his parents, section 1 West Row 38 Space 4 at Restlawn Cemetery in Pocatello. There are no public services planned; however, those who wish may visit his grave and spend some quiet time honoring Ron’s life.
