Rodney Dale Callantine, 57, of Pocatello passed away on Saturday May 25, 2013 at his brother's residence.
Rodney was born in Bozeman, Montana and later moved to Pocatello in 1968. Mr. Callantine served in the navy from 1972-1976 and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
Rodney is preceded in death by his first wife, Lori Callantine, and his parents William and Arleta Callantine. Rodney is survived by his sister, Lanette Wells of Pocatello and his two brothers, Ed Callantine of Ronan, Montana and Stanley Callantine of Pocatello. Rod has two sons and two daughters-in-law Robert Dale (Vicki) Callantine of Idaho Falls, and Tony Wayne (Christina) Callantine of Sand Rock, AL. He is also survived by his former wife, Joyce Leonard Callantine, and he has five grandchildren; Stephi Larson of Idaho Falls, Riley Callantine of Pocatello, Alyssa Callantine of Idaho Falls, Ethan and Ensley Callantine of Sand Rock, AL. Mr. Callantine enjoyed working on classic muscle cars and entrusted his eternity to Jesus Christ in his final days.
