Robert Molina, 75, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 14, 2018 in Pocatello, Idaho at the Idaho State Veterans Home. Robert was born on June 3, 1942 in Ventura, California to Sylvester J. and Rachel Avedano Molina.
Robert joined the military when he was 18-years-old. He served three tours in Vietnam stations in Okinawa and then served in Sand Diego. He settled down for a number of years in California, but retired to Idaho in 1998.
He married Lillian I. Campbell and they have been together for 53 years. He enjoyed collecting coins and silver, he liked to pan for gold and enjoyed leather work. Most of all he loved having family all together around him.
Robert is survived by: his wife; Lillian Molina of Chubbuck; daughters, Rachael Valler of Mckinleyville, CA and Teresa Molina of Chubbuck; grandchildren, Rachelle Garcia of Lemoore, CA, Anita Sklar of Pocatello, Crystal Sklar of Idaho Falls, Kathy Garcia-Tafoya of Hanford, CA and Willy Garcia of Soledad, CA.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, sister, Rosy and brother, Anthony Molina.
As per his wishes Robert will be cremated and no public services will be held. In lieu of flowers the family requests to keep their family in your prayers.
