Robert Lee Langston, 69, passed away following a brief illness at a local hospital, Thursday, December 6, 2012.
Robert was born July 28, 1943 in Jasper, Texas to Fred A. and Pauline Casey (Ellis) Langston. Robert served in the United States Army and was stationed in Anchorage, Alaska.
Robert met and married Jeaniva Camacho in Concord, California at Queen of all Saints Church. He was also involved with the Union Iron Workers Local #395, and the NRA (National Rifle Association).
Robert enjoyed bowling, coaching youth football and basketball, hunting and fishing, collecting memorabilia, camping, family barbeques, bird watching, and dancing with his sweet wife, Jeaniva.
Robert is survived by his wife, Jeaniva C. Langston, Chubbuck; son and daughter-in-law, David and Debbie Langston, Pocatello; daughter and son-in-law, Theresa and Rand Laird, Nampa; daughter, Lisa Langston, Louisiana; son-in-law, Dave Cassell, Louisiana; son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Dawn Langston, Salt Lake City; daughter, Cristina Langston, Tennessee; and son-in-law, Robert Snover, Tennessee; sister, Patricia Vannatta, Texas; brother, Charles Langston, Indiana; sister, Fredda Williams, Texas; 18 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred A. and Pauline C. Langston.
His family would like to thank the Hammond Indiana Iron Workers Local #395 and the American Bridge Company for the way they respected and treated their husband and father.
