Ricky Howard Albert, 62, passed away at his home, December 10, 2016.
Rick was born October 29, 1954 in Rigby, Idaho to Howard Harold and Mable Estelee (Carmichael) Albert. He was raised and educated in the Snake River area and helped his parents farm for Clover Club Farms in Rockford. He attended Idaho State University and completed his Applied Diesel Mechanic program. His abilities were held in high demand.
Ricky married Kathy Widdison in Sugar City, Idaho in 1971, they were later divorced. He enlisted in the U.S. Army February 1, 1973 and served until April 1, 1979. His military service took him to locations around the world, including: Heidelberg, Germany; El Paso, Texas; and other places.
Ricky enjoyed the outdoors, and especially he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He held a high regard for his friends.
Rick is survived by his children, Christa (John) Maddock, Rawlings, WY; Patricia (Shane) Herndon, Magna, UT; Kimberly (John) Mathews, Blackfoot, ID; Darwin Albert, Pocatello, ID; thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, his five brothers, Devon, Roger, Brent, Bruce, Billie; and two sisters, Jeanie and Kay. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Melvin, and Charles "Duane".
