Rayola Kay Day, 53, of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Idaho.

She was born March 15, 1957 in Pocatello, the third of five children, to John Taylor Brower and Arva Jean Warner. Rayola lived in Mackay, Idaho where she went to school her first three years, then moved with her family to Pocatello, where she attended Lewis and Clark Elementary, Alameda Jr. High and Pocatello High School.

On July 2, 1977 Rayola married Richard Boyd Day in Chubbuck, Idaho where they lived most of their married life. The Day's have three sons: Justin Boyd, Brandon Don and Richard Max.

At the time of her death she was a Home Health Care Provider and became very attached to each and every one of her patients. They all loved her dearly in return. Rayola loved growing her roses, yellow being her favorite, and working in her vegetable garden. She had a special talent for crafting but was happiest when camping with her family and especially enjoyed water sports.

Surviving are her husband Richard; their three sons, Justin, Brandon (Monica) and Max (Samantha); her father, John Brower; mother, Jeanie Hodge and stepfather, Don Hodge; two sisters Glenna Tillotson and LaNae (Bill) Ricken; two brothers John (Teri) Brower and Darren (Jackie) Brower; paternal grandmother, Lydia Hall; brothers-in-law Ron (Kathy) Day and Bob Day; sisters-in-law LeeAnn (Eugene) Moncur, Jackie (Rick) Phillips and Chris Herb: step-brothers Storm (Stephanie) and Danny (WenDee) Hodge plus 31 nieces and nephews.

Rayola was preceded in death by both maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather; her in laws Max and LaRae Day, sister-in-law Sheila Day and brother-in-law Steve Herb.
