Randy Sparks

Randy Sparks, age 46, passed away at a local care center on July 21, 2020. Randy was born to Christine Sparks on February 12, 1974. Despite severe health issues as an infant, Randy grew to have a happy childhood filled with camping trips to High Five, St. Charles, and Bear Lake. He talked about adventures with his cousins and spent a lot of time at his grandparents house. He graduated from Pocatello High School in 1992. Family was extremely important to Randy. He enjoyed watching football and baseball games with Grandpa Gordon. He tried to take life on the lighter side making others laugh with his sense of humor or an occasional practical joke. He later loved being involved with the little ones as his cousins began having children. He was always up for games or finding ways to play with them. Randy was helpful, kind, and truly cared about others. He had a good heart and will greatly be missed. Randy is survived by his uncle Mike (Cindy) Sparks of West Jordan, Utah; aunt Caryn (Fred) Sistrunk of Pocatello, Idaho; uncle Richard Sparks of Pocatello, Idaho; aunt Lucille Sparks of Pocatello, Idaho; and several cousins. Randy is preceded in death by his mother, Christine Sparks; grandparents, Gordon and Joan Sparks; cousin, Jared Sparks, and cousin, Jessie Sistrunk. Graveside Services were held at Mountain View Cemetery on July 24, 2020 at 10: A.M.
