Peter Rudolf Boney

Peter Rudolf Boney, 80, passed away on August 11, 2023.

Peter was born in Murnau, Germany. Growing up, he loved model airplanes and trains. He loved ice skating so much he practically lived in them.  Peter loved to fly RC airplanes and had the coolest trainset that took up an entire room. His work took him to planes. He was an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force, and then he worked for NASA after retiring from the military.

Peter is survived by his oldest daughter, Angelica Quintero of Indiahoma, Oklahoma; youngest daughter, Linda Woods of Pocatello, Idaho; oldest son, Greg Boney of Stafford, Virginia; youngest son, Joseph Boney; sister, Traudy Smith, of Tacoma, Washington; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Franziska Boney.
