Paula "Nico" Beebe

December 31, 1969 — March 8, 2021

Nico would like to let you know that her work here is done. 2 Timothy 4:7

She received her gift, an offer you can't refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with family & friends she has not seen in a long time. Job security is eternal. Her new mission takes her to a place of paradise, where she will be socializing, gardening, biking and hiking. Music, laughter and love are guaranteed. Food & drinks are delicious and she'll never gain an ounce. If you want to talk to her, she is available at any time.

We will remember her smile, her warmth, her energy, her love for family and friends and many colleagues who, over time, also became friends.

She wants to remind you to be proactive in your health. She was a huge advocate for Colorectal Cancer and was vulnerable in sharing her journey in hope to spare even one person the devastation of this disease.

Nico J. Beebe, 51, of Pocatello Idaho, went to meet Jesus on Monday, March 8, 2021. She was a beautiful soul, loving God first, family second and then others. She was born on December 31, 1969 in Ellsworth, Maine. She fought a valiant & courageous battle against metastasized colon cancer for over 2 years. Many lives were touched and changed by her open sharing of her painful journey, encouraging others to get screenings etc.

Nico served in the United States Army, Connecticut National Guard and Idaho National Guard from 1990 to 1998 as a 91Bravo Paramedic. She was stationed at Fort Dix, New Jersey and Fort Sam, Houston, Texas. While in the Army, she met Tait, the love of her life in October 1990 and they married on July 4, 1991. She was a member of the Pocatello Ski Club, Colo Care Organization and Huntsman Hero's Organization.

She was well known, respected and loved by so many people. Her kind, giving spirit was always evident. She poured out love and healing as she worked as a paramedic, pharmacy tech, ER tech and lab tech.

She enjoyed mountain biking, dirt biking, playing corn hole, camping, the Tetons, hiking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
