Paul D. Fagnant

Paul Donald Fagnant, 57, passed away May 21, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family.
Paul was born October 26, 1959 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Donald and Susan (Ritzman) Fagnant. He grew up in Lava Hot Springs and graduated from Marsh Valley High School.

Paul married his soulmate, Julie in 2002. He served as a Deputy to the Bannock County Sheriff's Department for 30 years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, shooting with the grandkids, golfing and hunting.

Paul is survived by his wife, Julie Fagnant, Inkom, ID; children, Jen Yanez, Chubbuck, ID; Cody Benjamin, Waco, TX; Liz Behrend, Pocatello, ID; grandsons, Brody and Paxton Yanez; father, Don Fagnant, Lava Hot Springs, ID; sisters, Jeanie Lloyd, Grace, ID; Donna Ozburn, Lava Hot Springs, ID; brother, Travis Fagnant, Oregon. He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Fagnant.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 132 S. 1st. Street West, Lava Hot Springs with Father German Osorio officiating. Interment will follow at the Lava Hot Springs Cemetery.
