Orvella Leslie

Orvella Elizabeth Kissel Leslie was born on July 3, 1920 in Topaz, Idaho. She was born to Lauretta and Everett Kissel. She was the oldest of nine children. All of whom, except her youngest brother, Lyle (Bernadine) Kissel, preceded her in death. She married the love of her life, James Lyle Leslie on May 18, 1938 and that union was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple for time and all eternity. Two children were born to Orvella and Lyle, Anabel Lee (Jensen) and Tamra Jo (Ammon). Orvella was an active member in the Inkom Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Orvella is survived by two daughters, Anabel Lee Jensen and Tamra Jo (John) Ammon, two grandchildren, Caleb (Ollie) Jensen and Brandy (Ben) Pearson, a brother, Lyle (Bernadine) Kissel, and three great-granddaughters. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, September 20, at the Inkom Ward, 973 North Rapid Creek Road. A viewing will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at the LDS Inkom Rapid Creek Bld, and also from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Friday morning at the church. Burial will follow services at Inkom Cemetery.
