Nancy Lee Thompson Peck, 84 passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 at Portneuf Medical Center. She was born February 9, 1931 in Pocatello, Idah o to Florence A. Strawn Thompson and W. Robert (Bob) Thompson. She had one younger brother, Robert (Bobby) L. Thompson. She met Ronald C. Peck at Pocatello High School. They were married March 6, 1950. They raised three children, Rhonda, Clinton and Karen. Ron and Nancy shared many wonderful memories in their 65 years together. Nancy and Ron did some traveling with the Good Sams Club and enjoyed many camping and hunting trips with their family and friends. One of her favorite places to go was Red Fish Lake. Her family was her greatest accomplishment. Nancy liked to laugh and tease anyone around her, making her silly jokes. She especially enjoyed little kids. She never met a stranger. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Peck; children, Rhonda Anthony, Clinton Peck, Karen Peck; 3 granddaughters; and 6 great-grandchildren. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, and brother. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, Idaho 83201. A visitation will be held from 10 am to 11 am prior to the funeral services on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral services at the Mountain View Cemetery, 1520 S. 5th Ave. Pocatello, Idaho 83204. The family would like to thank the staff at the Portneuf Center for taking such good care of "my wife, mom, grandma, aunt, and cousin."
