Mildred Irene Eggers

Mildred Irene Eggers passed away on May 20, 2016 at Elegant Living in Chubbuck, Idaho. She was born January 23, 1922 to Verna and John Laker in their home in Pana, Illinois. She graduated from Pana High School. She moved to Coronado, California in 1943 where she resided until she moved to Pocatello, Idaho in 1988. She loved gardening and won the Garden Club's Award for flowers and landscape in Coronado. She assisted in Cub Scout and Camp Fire Girls Programs. She traveled all of the continental United States as an official WIBC (Women's International Bowling Conference) Score Keeper. She loved to create all types of crafts; quilting, crochet, sewing, painting, cross stitch and shared them with everyone she met.

She is survived by her favorite daughter Sandra Millward (Golden Millward) of Pocatello, Idaho and son Charles Eggers of Henniker, New Hampshire; 14 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren and 14 Great-Great Grandchildren. She has two Five Generations with Twins on the Fifth Generation.

She was preceded in death by a son Gene Eggers and a daughter Patty Cline; Grandson John Eby, and Granddaughter Dorinda Lloyd.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W. Chubbuck Road. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family under the "Share a Memory" tab on this page.
