Michael Andrew Shook

Michael Andrew Shook returned to his Mom’s arms on April 12, 2023.

Mikey was born on March 20, 1989 to Dave Shook and Sharon Kliewer in Pocatello, Idaho. He was a sweet and loving child and always put a smile on everyone's face. He grew up in Pocatello, but moved to Woodland Park, Colorado with his mom in 2002. He made friends everywhere he went.

Mikey had three beautiful daughters, Rylie, Jasmine, and Aurora, who he loved with all his heart. His girls were his world and he would do anything he could to put a smile on their face.

Mikey had many passions in his life. He loved hunting, fishing, but most of all, loved turning wrenches with his best friend and big brother, JP. He was a music lover and could always express how he was feeling through songs. He loved spending time with his family and was adamant about spending every Sunday doing family dinner. He loved being the “Funcle” to his nieces and nephews who loved spending time with their Uncle Mikey.

Mikey is survived by his daughters, Rylie Lay, Spring Hills, Florida, Jasmine Shook and Aurora Shook, Pocatello, Idaho, his dad, Dave Shook (Alayna) of Firth, Idaho, brothers, Angelo Shook of South Ogden, Utah, Joshua Paul “JP” Shook (Stephanie) of Pocatello, Idaho, Josh (Amber) Phillips of Pocatello, Idaho, Teague Shook, Idaho Falls, Idaho, Chase Shook, Firth Idaho, Treyton Shook, Firth, Idaho, sister, Payge (Kade) Bezzant, Blackfoot, Idaho, nieces and nephews, Alyssa, (Jaden) Powell, Danielle Shook, Caytlin Twiss, Ethan Shook, Kenneth “Bubba” Twiss, (Pocatello), MIa, Adrian, Aubrey, Isaac, (Ogden,Utah), Brianna & Layla (Colorado), Kylea & Brooklyn (Idaho), and Emery, (Blackfoot).

Mikey was preceded in death by his mom, Sharon Kliewer, his great-grandfather, George Werner, great-grandmother, Katherine (Marker)Werner, and grandmother, Victoria Werner.

The family would like to thank everyone that has donated to the GoFundMe page made for Mikey and all of the messages and phone calls that have been received with the heartfelt condolences. Mikey obviously touched many people.
