On March 4, 1994, Curtis and Catherine, Justin and Brandon Story, proudly received their pink bundle of joy. Micah Nicole Story continued to be a joy carrier all throughout her life; bringing smiles to everyone she met or even passed in the stores. She is beautiful on the outside, along with being beautiful on the inside, with a heart of gold. She was always the one to be the life of the party. She loved to make people laugh and could get the crowd to do silly little dances. She, along with her friends would crank up the music and sing along. Micah spent hours in front of a mirror, making sure her hair was perfect and putting her eye makeup on to brighten those beautiful blue eyes. She loved to color her hair and was able to pull off any color, whether being a blonde, reddish brown or dark brown. She loved to display her looks with countless pictures putting them on Facebook. She was born a natural beauty. She was created in a very special way. Having been born with deformed ears and thumbs, she faced many trials dealing with insecurities, but little did the enemy know, Micah came back fighting, only making her a strong, mightier fighter, learning to forgive and love her enemies. She was an over-comer as she battled by having a pure heart of love. Micah and her mother would have countless mommy/baby girl drives to go laugh and cry about life issues. She was truly one who learned how to forgive others. She attended Roosevelt, Tyhee, Hawthorne Jr. High and Highland High School.
Through her school years, she made many friends. To name a few real close ones, Tiffany Boone, Elle Kelly, Rachel Jensen, ShaNae Baron and last, but not least, Brittany Santino during her short time here on earth. She loved and cherished her friendships. Micah is loved more than she ever knew. Her soft heart and contagious smile will be missed, but never forgotten. Micah will forever be loved and cherished as God's gift to us.
Micah's faith was strong, putting her faith in Jesus Christ. She fellowshipped with Father's House in Blackfoot. On September 20, 2011, on her Daddy's 50th birthday, on I-15, by Fort Hall, during a tragic accident, Micah was lifted out of her 2002 Mustang by angels and carried to her Lord and Savior.
Micah is survived by her father, mother, brothers Justin and Brandon, Grandparents Max and Flora Carey, and Mary DelaRosa. She especially loved her little nephew Jayden Story. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. We will all miss her.
Please take a moment to share condolences, a short story, and photos with Micah's family.
