Melvin Leland Neaman, 62, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2016. Melvin lived in Bannock Creek all his life. He never married. He was a labor worker and worked in heavy construction in Moab, Utah and worked at R & G Potatoes. He was in customer service with the Hotel Industry working in Vale, Colorado and was able to meet many celebrities. He belonged to the Native American Church. Melvin enjoyed western music, the outdoors, fishing and he ranched his own cattle. He also enjoyed watching football, basketball, golf and tennis. He is survived by his brother, Leo Neaman Sr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Melvin was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Wilford Neaman, Louis Neaman, Samuel Neaman; sisters, Lola Neaman, Mary Shay and Madeline Stratten. Tee Pee visitation will be held at the Rebecca Neaman residence, HCR Box 244, S. Arbon Valley Rd. (8-9 miles on the left) Pocatello, Idaho 83204 from 3 pm Saturday, March 12 through 2 pm Monday, March 14. Burial will then take place at 2 pm at the Bannock Creek Cemetery.
