Martha Peck

October 5, 1936 — February 13, 2019

Martha Jean Wilson Peck –"Grambo"- was born October 5, 1936 in Salt Lake City, UT to LaVerne Wilson and Cora Genevieve Wilson. She was one of six children, Arthur Robert, Roy Leon, and Mo Steinlicht her brothers; Donna May Jones, and Mary Ellen Cosgrove her younger sisters.

Martha spent the first ten years of her life in Pocatello, and later graduated from Pocatello High School in 1954. She held a variety of jobs after completing school, retiring from the INL. In 1956, Martha married John Peck and had three daughters, Dee Williams, Jacqueline "Jackie" (Gary) Kolody; and Shawna (Larry) Kee, spouse Larry Kee, whom she all loved dearly. In 1986 she divorced.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, and two older brothers, Rob and Roy.

Martha is survived by her daughters, Dee, Jackie and Shawna, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; her youngest brother Mo, and sisters Donna and Mary Ellen.

Graveside services for Martha were held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 22, 2019 at Mountain View Cemetery. A gathering for family and friends will begin at 1:00 at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W. Chubbuck Road.

Memories and condolences may be shared with her family in the "Share a Memory" tab above. The family expresses their gratitude to Brookdale Senior Living in Chubbuck, and asks that donations be made to the Salvation Army in lieu of flowers.
