Marna Clark passed away peacefully at home with her family on Wednesday March 26, 2014.
Marna was born Sept. 14, 1937 in Twin Falls Idaho to James Earl and Mae Evelyn Wilson. She lived with her siblings Bob Wilson (deceased), Leroy Wilson (Pocatello), Jimmy Wilson (Pocatello), Barbara Wilson (Pocatello) and Darlene Morgan (Wyoming).
On June 21, 1963, she married Samuel David Clark Sr. in Pocatello, Idaho. They celebrated their 50th anniversary last June. Marna worked for many years at Kraft Foods and later in the hotel industry.
They were blessed with three children: Samuel David (Camille) Clark Jr., TJ Clark, Kimberly Dawn (Kirk) Cooper. Marnas favorite role in life was as a grandmother to her twelve grandchildren: Tani, Justin, Shaun, Dashia, Kylie, Jordan, Ashley, Kelsey, Kolby, Kayla, Kaden and Kysen as well as seven great-grandchildren.
Marna was a member of the LDS church and had held the position of librarian for many years.
Marna loved to spend time with family and friends camping, bowling, quilting and playing with her grandchildren. She had a love of wind chimes and her collection numbered more than 300.
She was a strong willed, good woman who will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Fri. April 4, 2014 at the LDS Chapel on the corner of Hawthorne and Quinn Roads. A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday Apr. 3, 2014 at Wilks Funeral Home 211 W. Chubbuck Road and one hour prior to services on Friday. Interment will follow in Mt. View Cemetery.
