Mark Iverson, 64, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Portneuf Medical Center. Mark was born on October 26, 1949 and lived his life in Pocatello, Idaho. He was a truck driver, warehouse worker, worked in a chrome shop, and was a bouncer. Mark was a Christian. He enjoyed spending time with his family, having BBQ's, fishing, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He is survived by his long time soul mate, Susie Bingham of Pocatello, ID. Also surviving Mark is a daughter, Heidi Iverson, Pocatello, ID, two sons, Tommy (Rita) Iverson, Idaho Falls, ID, Andy Iverson; his mother, Irene Iverson, Blackfoot, ID; two sisters, Nora Iverson, Irene Iverson, both of Blackfoot, ID; four brothers, Ralph Iverson, Blackfoot, ID, Vern Iverson, Rick Iverson, Pocatello, ID, Terry Iverson, Idaho Falls, ID; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernal Iverson, a brother, Richard Iverson, and a cousin, Johnny Williams. Services will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 11 AM at Colonial Funeral Home. A viewing will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Colonial Funeral Home. Family will receive friends for 1 hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Pocatello, ID, with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for monetary donations to help with funeral expenses.
