Mark Andrew Rademacher

September 25, 1959 — November 16, 2021

Mark Andrew Rademacher was born 25 September 1959 in Pocatello, Idaho, to Eugene Anthony Rademacher and Wanda Arvilla Thornton Rademacher. He died 16 November 2021 of a heart attack at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Idaho.

Mark had trouble when he was born a blue baby and getting oxygen to him took some extra care and caused him some health problems. He grew up in a large family he being second last in a line of 8. Mark attended Whittier Grade School, Irving Junior High School and attended Pocatello High.

Mark worked at Eddies Bakery as one of his first jobs. At this time in his life, he married Lori Ann Miller. They had two children, Andrew James Rademacher and Andrea Ann Rademacher. They were later divorced. He loved his family and helped them whenever he could.

Eddies closed their bread making plant in Pocatello and moved to Boise and Mark followed them. He continued with Eddies for a few years there. He later married Tammy Morgan and later they divorced.

Mark took up his father’s occupation as a Carpenter. Mark was well known for his carpentry work and his attention to detail and craftsmanship. He was a master craftsman.

Mark later attended ISU in the drafting and design department. When he graduated, his first job was with Boise Cascade as a designer. He then moved on to Hampton Builders after Boise Cascade folded, he worked there for many years as lead designer; designing homes and businesses until they went out of business also. He then became an independent contractor working small jobs in and around Pocatello.

Mark was awarded the key to Pocatello when he went into a burning house and saved the family that lived next to him. He proudly portrayed the plaque on his living room wall.

Mark was a big Denver Bronco & football fan. He had accumulated lots of Bronco memorabilia he collected over the years. He wore John Elway’s No. 7 jersey until he wore it out. Finally, his brother Dennis bought him a new one to wear. He told Mark it’s time for a new jersey. He had gone to many of their games. Mark also toured Europe and made 3 trips to Hawaii to visit his brother Dennis.
Mark was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Wanda Rademacher Pocatello, ID; and brothers, Bruce and Paul Pocatello, ID.

He is survived by his son, Andrew James (Dawnelle) ND; daughter, Andrea Rademacher (Berens) OR; brothers, Norman (Julie) McCammon, ID, Steven (Debbie), Pocatello, ID; sister, Sharon (Frank) Vanburen, Weippe, ID, Dennis (Joan) Honolulu, Hawaii; and Larry James Rademacher, Las Vegas, NV; his granddaughters, Mya McCue, Summer Rademacher Aubree Berens; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held during a family reunion this next coming summer. All those who wish to attend this to honor Mark are welcome.
