Margie Annette Mower

Marjorie Annette Pitts Mower, 75, passed away peacefully Friday, December 14, 2012 surrounded by her family in her home. She passed away from health complications.
Annette was born to Eley Thomas and Adell J. Pitts on February 7, 1938 in Sargent, Georgia. She had four sisters and six brothers.

Annette attended school in LaGrange, Georgia. During her junior high and high school years, she was a cheerleader. She loved roller skating, swimming, and ice skating.

Annette was working at a drive-in when she met Ernest C. Mower; they dated for some time before they were married December 24, 1955. Shortly after their marriage, they moved to Idaho where they raised four children, three daughters and one son. In May 2005, their marriage was solemnized and they were sealed in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.

Annette was an amazing homemaker, gardener, wife, mother and best friend to her husband and family.

Annette is survived by her husband, Ernest C. Mower, Pocatello; daughter, Kim Lee, Pocatello; son, Gayland Ray (Stephanie) Mower; Pocatello; daughter, Cathy (Pat), Pocatello; RoxAnne (Scott) Thompson, Pocatello; five siblings, Barbara Lawrence, California; Trudy Webb, Georgia; James Pitts, Georgia; Jerry Pitts, Georgia; Talmage Pitts, Georgia; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Annette is preceded in death by her parents, Eley and Adell Pitts, and Frank and Pearl Hancock, five siblings and two sons-in-law.
