Margene Tull

Margene Tull passed away at Portneuf Medical Center on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the age of 86, surrounded by family following a sudden illness.

Margene was born on February 26, 1925 in Pocatello, Idaho, to James and Alva Foote. She married Jack Riggs, July 31, 1941. Together they had four children and were divorced in 1951. Harold “Eric” Erickson on May 11, 1952 and together they had two children. Mr. Erickson passed away March 22, 1972. She married Fred Tull on September 15, 1972 and he passed away on October 2, 2001.

Margene enjoyed oil painting, hand crafts, golf, gardening, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family and friends.

Margene is survived by one sister, Alta Mottishaw of Pocatello; four daughters, Dawn Castellanos of Pocatello; Joyce Randolph of Prineville, OR; Kaye (Bob) Booth of Eagle, ID; Rebecca Erickson of Portland, OR; two step-daughters, Susan Stephens, of Fresno, CA; and Donna Johnson of Caldwell, ID; two sons, Jack “Randy” (Connie) Erickson of Pocatello, ID; and Gary (Kim) Erickson of Longmont, CO;. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Margene was preceded in death by her three husbands, parents, infant sister, Lael; brother, Richard “Dick” Foote; three grandsons, Randy B. Erickson, Mike Genta, and Kevin Randolph; and one granddaughter, Jennifer Lyman.
