Peggy Gregerson, 77, passed away February 23 2016 at Quail Ridge in Pocatello Idaho. She was born September 11, 1938 in Beaver, Pennsylvania to Clarence (Happy) and Kathryn Zinkan. She was the youngest of 8 children. She attended school in Beaver graduating from Beaver High School. After moving to Pocatello, she received her Technical Certificate in Practical Nursing. She worked as a nurse in one capacity or another most of her career. She was married 3 times and survived them all!! Butch McCutcheon, Terry Gregerson, and Wayne Berton. She loved them all. She is survived by her two children, James (Diana) Gregerson and Chris (Mike) Guthrie; 7 grandchildren, Mac, Derek, Wes, Tyrel, Shannon, Logan, Woody; 9 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Ed Zinkan. She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 sisters, Sally Morgan, Anna Stuart, Mary Lilley and Alice DeVaux; and two brothers, Chuck Zinkan and John Zinkan. She was an avid pool player and participated in multiple pool leagues in Pocatello throughout the years. She enjoyed traveling, cross country skiing and floating the river. She loved to ride motorcycles and joined the Legion riders and the Legion Auxiliary in support of our troops, which meant a lot to her. She loved to play the dice game 10,000 with her kids and grandkids. And just days before her passing, she and her friend, Allen Ward, were voted Valentines King and Queen of Quail Ridge. She will be forever missed. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February, 27, 2016 at 3 pm with a gathering starting at 2:30 pm at Colonial Funeral Home 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, Idaho 83201, 208-233-1500.
