Margaret Elizabeth Richan

Margaret Elizabeth (Parker) Richan, 60, of Pocatello, Idaho, formerly of Leadore, Idaho, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2015 at her home following an extended illness. She was born on May 29, 1954 in Montpelier, Idaho to Olean and Marion Parker. She had one younger sister, Robyn Davis of Phoenix, Arizona and three older brothers, Thomas (Tom) Parker of Logan, Utah, David Parker (Deceased in 2011), and Charles (Chuck) Parker of Manly, Alaska. Margaret attended grade school and High School in Montpelier, Idaho where she graduated in 1972. In 1974, she married Jack Thaxton, they divorced and she then married John Davis in 1978, that marriage also ended in divorce. In 1982, she married Syd Sharp they divorced and she married Ezra Richan in 1994 until her passing. Margaret loved crafting, quilting, scrapbooking and puzzles. She also enjoyed bowling, traveling, listening to music, reading and watching movies. She could be found playing games on Facebook and shopping. She loved visiting with everybody. Margaret is survived by her four children, Brett Sharp of Idaho Falls, Idaho, CherRae Helton of Pocatello, Idaho, Mary Boley of Pocatello, Idaho and William (Billy) Sharp of Blackfoot, Idaho; mother, Marion Parker of Montpelier, Idaho; and 13 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Olean W. Parker of Montpelier, Idaho, and brother, David Parker both April 6, 2011. Services will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, Idaho 208-233-1500.
