Lynn Norman Jenson, Sr. lived life to the fullest and passed away on his own terms at almost 94 years old. He was born January 11, 1921 in Rexburg, Idaho and died November 29, 2014 with his loving wife, Sonia, by his side. Lynn was proud to have served his country as a First Lieutenant in the Army in WWII. Married to Verla Borrowman on March 14, 1944, they started Interstate Collections together in 1956, and he retired in 1990. Verla passed away March 1, 1997. Lynn is survived by his children, Lynn Norman Jenson, Jr.(Gail), Douglas B. Jenson (Karen OToole), and Janna Lauer (Bill); five grandchildren, and one great-grandson. A great dad, he coached his sons little league baseball teams, and supported his childrens dreams. In July 2000 he married Sonia Elvia Garcia and is loved and survived by Sonia and her children, Alan Lopez (Carene), Berenice Johnson (Douglas) and six grandchildren. He was a lucky, blessed man with two families who loved him very much. Everyone who knew Lynn was loved and learned so much from this amazing man. A viewing will be held Thursday, December 4, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 12 Noon at the LDS 13 th Ward Church, 650 E. 1 st South, Salt Lake City, UT 84103 with a viewing for one hour prior to services at the church.
