Lyle Walter Bissell, 55, beloved husband, brother and uncle passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009 of natural causes. He was born October 6, 1953 in Pocatello, Idaho to Lyle Kenneth and Janet Andrew (Napier) Bissell. Lyle graduated from Highland High School in 1971. He earned an Associate Degree in electronics at ISU in Pocatello. He furthered his education in laser design and engineering at Colorado State University as well as the University of Colorado. He was currently working as Director of Engineering for KLA-Tencor in Milpitas, California. He married Pamela Skidmore in 1980 in Norwalk, Connecticut. They made their home for many years in Half Moon Bay, California. Lyle and his wife were vacationing in Pocatello with his family when he unexpectedly passed away. In his youth Lyle played Bannock Boys baseball for many years. He was also a member of the local Boy Scouts. In later years he loved and excelled in handball, racquetball, golf and pool. He also served his country as a member of the United States Air Force. Lyle and Pam traveled extensively throughout the world together. They both enjoyed scuba diving and did so in many places such as Bora Bora (French Polynesia), the Great Barrier Reef, Cook Islands and the Fiji Islands. He was an adventurer and
