Lori Ann Jaramillo

Lori Ann Jaramillo, 52, passed away at her home from natural causes on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. Lori was born in May of 1968 in Toole, Utah to James and Mary Sanchez. She moved to Ucon, Idaho at the age of five where she grew up. She attended Ucon Elementary, Bonneville Jr. High, and Bonneville High School. She later attended Idaho State University. She had three boys: James, Pablo, and Adam with Arturo Jimenez. Her boys were the light of her life and they adored her. She later married Manuel Jaramillo on November 1, 1997. They made their home in Pocatello, Idaho. She worked five years as a secretary for a Dr. and another five years as a secretary for Johns Paint and Glass. She attended Christ Church. She and her husband Manuel were the youth pastors for twelve years of the Divine Design youth group. She had a passion for the Lord and leading kids to Christ. She was always in the mountains hiking, camping, or fishing. She had a love for nature and especially sunsets. "This is Gods beauty", she would say. Lori is survived by her husband, Manuel Jaramillo, her three sons, James (Tanielle) Jimenez, Pablo Jimenez, and Adam Jimenez. Her dad James (Lorraine) Sanchez. Her stepfather Abundio Chavez, Her sisters, Angela (Rico) Llamas, and Amy (Scott) Murphy, and six beautiful grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brothers, James Sanchez Jr., and Joseph Sanchez; sister, JoAnna Sanchez; and her mother, Mary E. Chavez. Services will be held at Christ Church located at 1245 N. Arthur Ave. Pocatello, Idaho 83204 on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 1 p.m. Services will be followed by food and fellowship. Feel free to bring a dish if you would like. Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?" John 11: 25-26
