As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she was known for her dedication in a multitude of callings. She loved attending the temple and was sealed to her family on December 11, 1981. Leora was highly regarded for her work in the culinary industry, a passion that began at a young age. She began working in the 1960s at the Kraft Food Plant in Pocatello. After spending time raising her family, she later held a variety of positions at ISU Food Service, including Catering Manager. Over the past 13 years, she relished her work and those she worked with as Dining Services Director at Highland Hills. Leora loved food and loved sharing food, especially desserts. Other interests included reading, puzzles, sewing, spending time with family, and traveling for her grandkids events. She loved TV and movies, especially cooking shows, game shows, comedies (MASH), and anything James Bond. Wherever she was, she had great passion and love for the people she was with.
