Lee Annette Moore

April 2, 1965 — February 13, 2023

Annette was the daughter of Martha Jane Henry and middle sister of Janet Phelps and Kerry Baker. She had one son, Cody Mikkelsen.

Being the middle child Annette was to follow her older sister’s footprints and set a good example for her little sister. Annette followed her own way and made her own rules. She was the "cool" sister. Through her younger years, Annette made many friends and kept them all close to her. She was a nanny to many children and watched them get older. She was becoming a nurse.

She loved going to concerts and would travel almost anywhere to attend them. In 1989 Annette and her older sister were in a car accident coming home from a concert. They both were lucky. Annette had many obstacles to overcome from it. She had metal bars in her back and arms to put her back together, learning to walk and speak all over again. Annette attended many concerts after that.

The past several years her health began to deteriorate with Diabetes, Heart failure, Kidney problems also the metal bars in her back and arms that gave her pain. She still kept her head up high & had great love for friends & family.

Annette is survived by her mother, two sisters and son.

The family has chosen to have a Celebration of Life for her on April 2, 2023 (her birthday) at the Bannock County Fairground Building B at 4:30 p.m. with a concert and bonfire in her honor. Please RSVP with her family.
