Lawrence "Larry" Bollschweiler

April 24, 1937 — February 7, 2021

On February 07, 2021 Lawrence (Larry) Claude Bollschweiler returned to be with his Heavenly Father. He was born April 24, 1937 at Pocatello, Idaho. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Veneta; one son, Creg; and two grandchildren, Kadie Bollschweiler and Spencer Arnold. Survivors are his wife, Adaila (Worth); children: Joni (Darl) Bennett, Chris (Kelly) Bollschweiler, Trenna (David) McCashland, Alan (DeArla) Bollschweiler, Douglas (Denyse) Bollschweiler, Ryan (Heather) Bollschweiler, Rhonda (Ryan) Haroldsen, David (Teresa) Bollschweiler, and Lorraine Bollschweiler. He is also survived by thirty-one grandkids and a lot of really great-grandchildren. Larry attended Idaho State University and the University of Washington earning his Masters in Education. He taught both Spanish and German languages at American Falls High School along with other subjects for many years. He served 5 missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a missionary in the San Antonio, Texas Mission, two stake missions and two full time senior missions in the Salt Lake Mission. Larry loved to paint landscapes and enjoyed wood working. His last year was spent as a resident at Spring Creek Manor in American Falls, Idaho. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 10 am at the LDS stake center, 111 Church Place in American Falls, ID, with a viewing for one hour prior. We ask that you please wear a mask and follow social distancing. Burial will follow at the Lund Cemetery in Bancroft, ID.
