LaMar (Bubba) P. Williams, 58, passed away peacefully after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis on March 21, 2017. He was the son of Allison and Alice Williams. LaMar grew up in Inkom and graduated from Marsh Valley High School in 1978. After graduating, he served a mission for the LDS Church in Niles, MI. He married Debra Stanley in 1981 and together they had a son, Adam. They later divorced and LaMar and Adam lived in Pocatello. He married Kathleen Church in 1998 and they were sealed in the Idaho Falls Temple in 2006. They lived in Utah, McCammon, and at the time of his death, Pocatello. LaMar loved hunting, fishing, and playing cards with his friends and family. He was very proud of his son, Adam, and was excited to be a new grandpa. Last summer he and his wife traveled to Michigan to visit Adam and were able to meet their grandson, Adam Jr. LaMar is survived by his wife, Kathleen Williams; son, Adam, and grandson, Adam Jr. from Niles, MI. He is also survived by sisters, Ramona Cornelison of Pocatello, Melinda (Ken) Slack of Pocatello, Alice (Rod) Cornell of West Jordan, UT; brothers, John (Joyce) Williams of Wilcox, AZ, Austin Dean (Susan) Williams of Longmont, Co; brothers-in-law, Ray Avery of Mesa, AZ, Neil Reiter, McMinville, OR; and many nieces and nephews. LaMar is preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Rosalie Reiter, and Jenny Avery. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 11 am the LDS church, 2000 S. Fairway Dr. Pocatello, with family receiving friends from 10-11 am prior. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Melinda Slack, Rt. 2 Box 85 D, Pocatello, Idaho 83202
